Diana describes Higgins as a total love bug and attention seeker. He loves to work, is great with other dogs and kids. He is one of the fastest runners she has ever had and recalls like no one’s business. He has a top temperament and is an excellent example of our breed. Diana owned and showed his sire, Ramsey, and Grandsire, Hugo.
